Wanna be FIT !

in ramadan people are used to sleep and eat but this ramadan i started working out... 6 years i never actually worked out fully... lost my body and i reached THE 100 KGS ... =(

now im fixing out my life style :-p

free time from 9-11

11:30 till 1 in the gym workin out

1:30 till 3 playing football

3-4 s7oor (which is koob lban boosh)

and sleep

today i woke up met thare3 men el work out ams bs 7a6eet cream el shwab el s7ree =p now im fine

na9ee7ah start working out shbab el karshah is hard to get rid of xD....
